This class has been developed by PEMCO Ltd. who is contracted by HUD to manage the sale of all HUD-owned properties. Classes are taught by either a PEMCO employee or a trained contractor.

This is a FREE 5-hour class & you will receive a certificate that is valid for two years.  We will be covering all of the ins and outs of purchasing a home: steps to homeownership, pre-approval process, types of loans available, home inspection, appraisal, escrow & closing.
